Several students had fallen in line and became a bystander of their own school belongings lit-up and in the fire, after violating a one day "no bag" policy.
The photo went viral when a school official let the students watched their bag smoked at Bicol Central Academy in Libmanan, Camarines Sur while saying "You are stupid."
The Department of Education Undersecretary Analyn Sevilla vowed to investigate the issue and already had called out the school administration and the school official for an explanation.
