In his 4-day visit in Israel, he recalled how he cursed Obama in public for criticizing his anti-illegal drug war and for saying "its wrong", and accused him of violating human rights.
“Being the president of a republic, you ought to know the basic rules. You do not criticize, especially if it is a problem of the country that you are criticizing,” his speech in Jerusalem, Israel.
