PNP FOUND LINKS of BOMB ATTACKS TO COMMUNIST GROUP / orange PVC pipes

The Philippine National Police (PNP) found links that the Communist groups were behind the series of attacks in Sultan Kudarat and Masbate City.

PNP Spokesperson Senior Supt. Benigno Durana said the pieces of evidence found in the areas affected by explosions were the same as the trademark of communist groups including orange PVC pipes and scattered parts of the speedboats.
