Duterte, a huge collector of Playboy magazine said Heffner visited him when he
was still the Davao City Mayor 2 decades ago.
“He was impressed with my collection of classic Playboy magazines. He promised me that when I become the Philippine president in the future, he would donate me some money,” Duterte said.

Although Heffner is dead, according
to the American law, the money will still go to its intended beneficiary.
The donation is the first known
fund coming from American businessman since Duterte spewed some uninteresting
words against the USA.
