Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno maintained her fighting color that she did not committed "a harvest of sins. She even dared the House of Representatives to dropped the impeachable offense probing that the harvest of sins were committed constitutionally.
She repeatedly said that she won't resign from her post unless the people will ask her to leave.
In University of Baguio, speaking to judges, lawyers and law students on the “Road to Judicial Reform,” the Chief Justice was bugged by the proceedings and eventual called for her resignation if the body established impeachable offense and why the complaint were not submitted to the Senate House if there is culpable violation of law.
