Wikileaks founder Julian Assange slams Rappler as stupid "not technically equipped or competent to write about..."

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange tweeted slammed Rappler PH accusing him as meddler of Russian-PH website trolls and bots. Assange even called Rappler as stupid citing the alliance between the Kremlin and Duterte and him to infiltrate news through social media to spread propaganda.

The conspiracy that Rappler depicted in the article published February 26, 2018 elaborating @Ivan 226622 connections to RT and Sputnik, Russian premiere government news agencies and to the PH was mere troll accusation. @Ivan226622 has been tweeting PH since 2013. 

The series of Tweets of Assange gathered feedback from netizens worldwide. Further, Rappler writer Natashya Gutierrez tweeted Assange for interview to clarify the commotion.

Rappler’s not really technically equipped or competent to write about bots, more so to investigate about them. This is not the first, they came out with a series ‘Weaponization of Internet’ with claims that aren’t technically sound or what many in the tech world would call stupid
