Nanindigan si Senador Panfilo “Ping” Lacson na hindi siya pipirma sa draft ng committee report tungkol sa kontrobersya ng Dengvaxia.
Sa katunayan, hindi rin nagustuhan
ni Lacson ang ilang naging pahayag ni Gordon tungkol sa pagiging magkaibigan
nila ni Aquino. Dagdag pa niya, hindi man siya nakadalo sa anumang naging
pagdinig ng kumite tungkol sa Dengvaxia, binabantayan naman daw niya ito.
“The unreasonable comments made by Senator
Gordon about me… just firmed up my decision not to sign his committee report,” Sinabi
ni Lacson sa isang text message noong Lunes.
“While I did not attend a
single hearing on Dengvaxia for obvious reason shared by most of my colleagues,
I was closely monitoring the proceedings in my office.”
“Having said that, even that
early I had my reservations based on his prejudgment which was too obvious to
ignore. He (Gordon) was directing the investigation to suit the outcome that he
had desired from the very start,” wika nito.
