Caloocan Bishop Pablo David said that he is worried when President Rodrigo R. Duterte addressing in his Third SONA that the drug war is "relentless and as chilling", for the prelate it means “more killings.”
In his Facebook post, he said, “His warning that his drug war ‘will be as relentless and as chilling as on the day it began’ was scary. It means we have to brace ourselves for more killings.”
David added that, “... Addicts, for us, are sick people; drug use is not a crime that deserves death...they need rehabilitation."
