Drinking enough water helps fight against various sicknesses. Germs, bacteria, and toxins can be flushed out from the body with an ample amount of water. A well-hydrated body is better equipped to fight against cold and flu.

Vitamin C and E are vitamins responsible for building up the body's resistance. The said vitamins can boost our bodies antibodies which prevent the virus from spreading and reduces the harsh symptoms and effects of the virus on our system.

4. Throw Stagnant Water from Surroundings
Stagnant water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, parasites and anaerobic bacterias that may cause dengue
and malaria.
5. Shower after getting wet in the Rain
When the body experiences a sudden drop in temperature it is of a high risk that it may develop a disease, so by taking a bath, it will help stabilize the body's temperature by the time you get dry.
